Deep Rest Yoga

With gentle, supportive poses, heart-melting breathwork, and a focus on releasing tension and stress, our Deep Rest Yoga classes are the ultimate indulgence in relaxation. Choose from traditional yin, restorative, or our signature "Deep Rest" class.



Breathwork is the art of using the breath to connect with the present moment. Conscious breathwork not only nourishes the nervous system but also serves as a bridge between the physical and the spiritual world.

We offer a variety of breathwork techniques, including calming restorative breathwork and transformative holotropic breathwork.


Sound Baths

A meditative experience where students are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various instruments, such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and voice. It is an easier alternative for those who find meditation challenging. All you have to do is lay down, close your eyes and let us take you on a trance-like journey.
