Our cozy studio is nestled into San Diego's Crown Point neighborhood in Pacific Beach.
We're just a block from the sparkling waters of Sail Bay and located right above the neighborhood fave, Crown Point Coffee!

Feel free to park in front of the building or on the side street. Walk up the stairs that are located to the left of the cafes.
What to bring:
We really want you to travel light both emotionally and physically. That's why we provide everything that you'll need for your practice including mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. Of course, you're welcome to bring your own. The dress code is always "comfy and cozy."
We provide filtered RO water, so bring a fillable water bottle. Hot tea is served after every journey.
